Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)

ETSI developed plans, specifications and estimates for the installation of a 14-mile long fiber optic trunk line that interconnected 50 signalized intersections, ten dynamic message signs, eight video detection intersections and seven CCTVs. The work included plan layouts, schematic diagrams of all fiber optic connections, intersection layouts and fiber distribution charts. Construction cost was estimated at about $2.0 million.
