Traffic Operations

For this Metro Light Rail Project, ETSI investigated alternative signal preemption phasing, and timing plans to accommodate Light Rail Vehicle crossings at various locations. This project involved substantial effort in assessing operations and conflicts between Vehicular and Light Rail traffic. The design work of this project included preparation of traffic signal layouts, signing and pavement marking layouts, wheel chair ramp design, lighting layouts as well as quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
