Traffic Signal Warrants

ETSI conducted this study for BASF/ATOFINA, a petrochemical company in the City of Port Arthur in Jefferson County, Texas. Based on the forecasted traffic entering/exiting the parking area of the petrochemical plant and traffic on FM 366, a traffic signal was warranted at the intersection in accordance with the requirements of Texas MUTCD. As a part of this project also prepared signal design plans, channelization and signing/pavement marking plans, specifications and cost estimate.
